Mezzanines
Add a second level for storage, an office or a lounge above your vehicles. Several communities are built with the ceiling height to make it work.
Communities built for mezzanines: Woodbury and Prior Lake.

Car lifts and extra height
Stack two cars in one bay or get under the car to work. Tall ceilings make lifts practical.
Woodbury ceilings run 17'6" to 19'. Prior Lake adds XL and MEGA height units. Minnetrista East has a 24'-ceiling unit.

Bathrooms
A private bathroom turns a garage into a place you can spend the whole day.

Plumbing, sinks and floor drains
Wash parts, clean up and let melting snow drain away. Standard in many larger units.
Standard on units 24' wide and larger at Woodbury.

Epoxy floors
A sealed, easy-to-clean floor that resists oil and salt and looks sharp under a show car.

Sports
Tall ceilings and wide-open floors leave room to play. Think golf simulator, sport court, batting cage or a place to shoot hoops, right next to your vehicles.
Prior Lake's XL and MEGA height units are built with room for a sport court.

Need more room than any single unit offers? Combined units give you one large, open space.
