Owning Your Access Matters
We are excited to announce completion of the first two buildings at the new Woodbury locations. The first two buildings feature dozens of different sizes from 560 to 2700 sq ft.
The Woodbury location is just south of highway 94 at 509 Karen Drive Woodbury, MN. We have completed construction on buildings E and F. Completion the next two buildings is slated for March/April of 2025.
Woodbury units come standard with in-floor radiant heat, fire sprinkler system, 14’ clearance garage doors, LED lights, and architectural steel walls. In unit plumbing and floor drains are standard on units 24' wide and larger. The Woodbury site is gated, fenced, and has 24-hour security cameras. The site features an RV dump-station and a 22' by 90' wash bay open to all owners with two power sprayer systems to allow for quick, easy cleanup of even the largest vehicle combinations.
